  • 60 min appointment including full assessment, prescription of home exercise program and any treatment deemed appropriate

• Follow Up Appointments

  • 30-60 min appointment including reassessment of condition with progression and modification of exercises as well as therapeutic interventions (length of treatment time determined with therapist at time of evaluation)

• Package Deal

  • 2-Hour, 4-Hour, and 8-Hour treatment packages are available to meet your specific needs

• Initial Dry Needling Evaluation

  • 40 min appointment including evaluation and assessment of treatment area, dry needling and recommendations/exercises as indicated

• Follow Up Dry Needling

  • 20 min appointment including dry needling and further recommendations/exercises as appropriate

• Post Therapy Programming

  • 30 minute appointment to address exercise modification, injury prevention, and additional interventions helping you to STAY healthy

• Functional Taping

  • 15 min appointment for taping to aid with reducing pain for participation in activities. Education provided for continued independence with taping

• After Hours/Holiday Charge

  • Patients may be scheduled during outside office hours or on holidays per the therapists discretion for an additional fee

• Student Discounts

  • 5% discount on select services with valid student ID card

• Military Discounts

  • 5% discount on select services with ID

A card will be kept on file prior to the time of your evaluation

A $50 charge will be placed to those patients cancelling within LESS THAN 24 HOURS (exceptions may apply).

Up to a 100% treatment charge will be charged to the card for appointments for which a patient does not show.
